Quality Assurance Tech at Amazon SFT, test Seller facing large scale applications and products at the user level, both manually and with automated tools. They are excellent individual contributors capable of taking up tasks from start to completion, with guidance. QAT would be responsible for understanding the features and components and detailed functional requirements well enough, coming up with the test cases with some guidance, test execution and reporting with high bar on quality. QATs are technically savvy in use of software, computers and devices, runs automated scripts, analyzes failures, support automation, can install and configure software, can use debug settings, have technical ability to gather logs, traces, etc. to add to bug reports when provided with instructions. They assist developers or other testers and maintain a high quality test environment, recommends improvements to SOPs, tools and metrics.

1. Testing Applications and Products both manually and using automated tools.
2. Install and configure software, use debug settings and have technical ability to gather logs, traces, etc. to add to bug reports when provided with instructions.
3. Run automated scripts, analyze failures, support automation.
4. Identify issues, deep dive, troubleshoot, communicate to stake holders and escalation of issue and providing status reports
5. Assist developers or other testers and maintain a high-quality test environment, recommends improvements to SOPs, tools and metrics.

Amazon Global Selling is a business that enables sellers from across the world to sell exports their products to customers in USA shopping on Amazon.com. The growth of this business is directly dependent on the ability for sellers across the world to register with Amazon Global Selling and conduct their business in a friction free manner. A core part of the growth of the Global selling business is building solutions for Sellers from "Emerging marketplaces" (which are countries that are relatively newer in the e-commerce domain when compared to USA and Europe, such as India, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, Singapore etc.), to register for and grow within the Global Selling business.
To drive the growth of this business, "Global Selling Foundations Technology team" has a mission to "Offer a Global Selling experience that enables new and existing Global Selling Emerging Marketplaces (GSE) sellers to easily Start, Manage and Grow their business globally".
The team comprises of 3 sub-teams, which are called the "Exports Compliance Technology team", "Exports Seller Growth Technology team", and "Exports Seller Fulfilment team", which support multiple aspects of Amazon Global Selling's core businesses such as Registration, Payments, Compliance, Business Growth, Cross border Fulfilment, for both Desktop and Mobile users.
The team also builds ML, AI, and LLM solutions for Sellers across different Emerging marketplaces.

- Good analytical ability and QA acumen
- Ability to understand technical specifications and analyze log files
- Knowledge of QA methodology and tools- - Preferably, have experience in Java/C++/Perl/Python based automation and/or user-level automation tools such as Selenium/Web Driver
