Key Responsibilities Radio TV Campaigns Manage and coordinate radio and TV advertising campaigns ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience Outdoor Advertising Oversee the planning and execution of hoardings billboards and other outdoor advertising initiatives Brand Visibility Enhance brand visibility through strategic placement of advertisements across media channels optimizing reach and engagement Social Activities Lead and execute grassroots marketing campaigns such as events social media activations community engagement and street promotions to build brand presence Field Activations Conduct on-ground activities such as promotional events local influencer engagement and brand activations to increase awareness Collaboration with Agencies Work with advertising and media agencies to plan and execute campaigns negotiate deals and track performance Market Research Conduct competitor analysis monitor market trends and gather consumer feedback to improve campaigns and strategies Reporting Analytics Monitor and report on the performance of field marketing initiatives ensuring alignment with KPIs and campaign objectives Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field marketing media planning or brand management Strong experience with traditional and digital advertising platforms radio TV outdoor social media Knowledge of media buying campaign management and audience segmentation Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Creative and strategic thinking with a keen eye for detail Proficiency in social media platforms and understanding of online offline brand-building strategies Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Yavatmal Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Marketing 2 years Preferred Language Marathi Hindi English Required Location Yavatmal Maharashtra Required Work Location In person
