Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager specific to Shopify at our Pune-based office. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with clients to ensure a seamless and positive Shopify experience, focusing on customer retention and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with Shopify store owners, analyzing data to provide actionable insights for growth, and resolving any concerns to reinforce long-term customer trust. Qualifications - Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address inquiries and provide a positive client experience - Strong Customer Retention and Relationship Building skills to foster loyalty and trust with clients - Analytical Skills to assess Shopify store performance and present data-driven solutions to clients - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse clients and internal teams - A background in e-commerce or familiarity with Shopify is highly desirable - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Prior experience in customer-facing roles or account management is a plus
