Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conceptualizing and executing organic posts, running impactful social media campaigns, and driving engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and other leading social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engagement, and ROI.
- Align social media campaigns with overall marketing and business objectives.

1. Content Development:

- Conceptualize and create engaging, creative, and shareable organic posts tailored to each platform.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and video editors to produce high-quality visuals and videos.

1. Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns, both organic and paid, across multiple platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.

- Stay updated on platform-specific trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

1. Community Engagement:

- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, inquiries, and mentions.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

1. Trend Analysis:

- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
- Integrate innovative ideas and technologies into social media strategies.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media strategy, campaign management, and content creation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
- Expertise in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box for unique campaign ideas.
- Knowledge of paid social campaigns is a plus.
