Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative

Social Media Strategist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conceptualizing and executing organic posts, running impactful social media campaigns, and driving engagement across platforms such as , Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and other leading social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engagement, and ROI.
Align social media campaigns with overall marketing and business objectives.
Content Development:
Conceptualize and create engaging, creative, and shareable organic posts tailored to each platform.
Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and video editors to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns, both organic and paid, across multiple platforms.
Optimize campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.

Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
Provide actionable insights to improve strategies and enhance audience engagement.
Platform Expertise:
Stay updated on platform-specific trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Experiment with new features and formats to enhance content delivery and engagement.
Community Engagement:
Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, inquiries, and mentions.
Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Trend Analysis:
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
Integrate innovative ideas and technologies into social media strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience:

2+ years of experience in social media strategy, campaign management, and content creation.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
Proficiency in social media platforms: , Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
Expertise in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box for unique campaign ideas.
Knowledge of paid social campaigns is a plus.
