Experience us here 👉 https://www.Jobtwine.Com/experience-jayt What are we looking for? - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a top tier Institution. - Atleast 4 years of total relevant experience - Total 3+ years of experience working on Python and in Data Science - At least 2 years of experience working with Generative AI models and machine learning algorithms. - High level of hands-on experience with most latest TTS and STT models is a huge plus - Proficiency in Python programming languages and frameworks. - Proficiency in using LLMs for natural language processing or generative AI tasks. - Proficiency in developing and deploying chatbot or conversational AI systems. - Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI patterns such as RAG and prompt engineering techniques. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. What will you do? - Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models to automate human interviews exceptionally - Solid experience on building AI Voice agents is a huge plus - Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code to implement AI models and integrate them into the core platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI experts, frontend and backend engineers to understand feature requirements and deliver AI solutions to delight customers. - Implement pre-trained models and train custom models using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. - Assist in model optimization, evaluation, and performance testing and fine-tuning in an iterative manner. - Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI, machine learning technologies and tools and bring new ideas to the team that will add value to the platform. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and functionality. - Monitor and maintain deployed AI solutions, ensuring their ongoing performance and reliability - Document technical specifications, code, and workflows.
