Role Description We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer (AI/ML) to design and build intelligent, scalable systems using modern Python-based AI technologies. This role requires strong system thinking, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to translate real-world problems into reliable AI-driven solutions. You will work on data-intensive pipelines, AI/ML integrations, and backend systems where correctness, performance, and scalability are critical. The role is hands-on and expects ownership from design to production. Location: Bangalore (Onsite) Work Mode: Office only – Monday to Friday Experience: 6–10 years What you will do - Design and develop Python-based AI/ML systems - Build and optimize data pipelines, model workflows, and inference services - Integrate AI models into production backend systems - Work with structured and unstructured data (text, logs, documents, events) - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convert requirements into solutions - Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability in production - Participate in architectural decisions and technical reviews What we expect - 6+ years of strong experience in Python - Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar) - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design - Experience building production-grade backend services in Python - Comfortable working with APIs, async processing, and databases - Ability to take ownership and mentor junior engineers AI / ML (Must have) - Experience working with: - Machine Learning or Deep Learning models - Model training, evaluation, and deployment - Understanding of real-world AI challenges: - Data quality - Model drift - Performance vs accuracy trade-offs Nice to have - Experience with LLMs, NLP, or computer vision - Experience with cloud platforms or containerized environments - Exposure to MLOps, model monitoring, or data pipelines Mindset - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking - Comfortable with ambiguity and complex domains - Quality-first and production-focused approach - Continuous learner in AI and system design Why join us - Work on high-impact AI systems with real-world usage - High ownership and technical decision-making power - Highly competitive compensation — salary is not a constraint for the right candidate - Strong engineering culture focused on quality and long-term scalability
