Position Overview: As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend systems that power our applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our services. The ideal candidate has a strong background in backend development, experience with cloud services, and a keen eye for detail. Designation: SDE-II Experience: 4-5 Yrs Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Employment Type: Work from Office (Full time) Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems. - Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features and enhancements. - Optimize and improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of our backend services. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into our development processes. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 2+ years of experience in backend development. - Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, or Node.Js. - Experience with cloud services (e.G., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.G., Docker, Kubernetes). - Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modelling. - Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design. - Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (e.G., Git), CI/CD, and automated testing. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Must be available for immediate joining. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with gRPC and protocol buffers. - Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.G., SigNoz, Prometheus, Grafana). - Knowledge of security best practices and data protection. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies will be a plus.
