About Us At ANZ we re applying new ways technology and data can be harnessed as we work towards a common goal to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers About the Role HEAD OF DATA SERVICES NZ Role Location Acacia Manyata Tech Park Bangalore Role Type Permanent Group 3 About the Role The Head of Data Services NZ India will lead a large 100 GCC based data services team working in close partnership with New Zealand D A leadership team The role is accountable for the GCC team s performance people leadership and quality delivery outcomes taking the GCC based team from good to great A core measure of success will be achieving the full value of the offshore model-not just cost efficiency but also enhanced capability extended service coverage and access to a rich ecosystem of adjacent teams e g Automation GenAI Australian Data team The India location is positioned as a hub of excellence that provides more than cost efficiency -
