We are looking for creative and skilled candidates for the position of Business Development Manager to lead our online marketing and drive business growth This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales client engagement and are willing to learn and grow Freshers can also apply Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms Instagram Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc Create and optimize paid ad campaigns to maximize ROI Engage with followers respond to comments and build community engagement Manage company s online brand presence and reputation Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and communication Achieve monthly targets for lead generation client acquisition and revenue growth Connect with parents or adult learners and invite them to personalized 1 1 video counseling sessions Deliver value-packed counseling sessions address concerns and guide parents Manage end-to-end sales from first touch to final conversion with precision and persistence Required Skills Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Good presentation and negotiation skills Enthusiastic self-motivated and target-oriented personality A passion for digital marketing and a growth mindset Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations is a plus This is full time job from 9 AM to 5 30 PM Besides salary you are eligible to get handsome incentives once you clear the probation period of 30 days Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work from home Ability to commute relocate Kharar Punjab Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
