Genpact NYSE G is a global professional services and solutions firm delivering outcomes that shape the future Our 125 000 people across 30 countries are driven by our innate curiosity entrepreneurial agility and desire to create lasting value for clients Powered by our purpose - the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people - we serve and transform leading enterprises including the Fortune Global 500 with our deep business and industry knowledge digital operations services and expertise in data technology and AI We are inviting applications for the role of Manager Payroll Operations We require a Human Resource post graduates graduates with relevant consulting and solutioning experience with a sound knowledge of end to end Human resources domain and should have capability in working with ambiguity In this role the incumbent will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process for the European payroll This role will work alongside with the Regional Payroll Manager ensuring the accurate delivery of payroll This role collaborates closely with Otis HR Employee Services HR Business Partners key vendors ADP tax authorities and unions to ensure payroll execution is timely and accurate Prior Payroll operations in the BPO Industry with driving transformation projects experience Robotic implementation experience will be preferred Should be open to work in different time zones as per the business requirement Responsibilities You ll be responsible for Manage day to day payroll operations for the assigned region Works with ADP on delivering the payroll for the assigned countries Responsible for processing monthly payroll with a wider team for 3800 EE s in ADP Celergo system Cooperating with Finance Team for payroll bookings and monthly closure activities Back up for other Colleagues within the payroll Team Ensure compliance with legislation and requirements Manage staff queries in a timely and efficient manner and resolved within agreed service level timeframes Ensure all payroll documents are accurately processed and in timely manner by pay cycle Diligent management and tracking of payroll open tasks on daily basis Good knowledge in MS office and especially Excel Communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels Build a strong understanding of the business and employee development needs across bands by leveraging Design Thinking principles Collaborate with the Business Verticals and other functions to validate content accessibility relevance and applicability Collaborate with content providers IT and team members to prepare relevant content Assess and evaluate the uptake of content and its value generation across the various work streams Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications Graduate any stream Relevant experience in solution architect consulting role Minimum two quality certifications from the following LEAN Six Sigma or Design Thinking Practitioner HR-ERP exposure Must have GBS Industry exposure Preferred Qualifications Good Communication Skills Influencing Skills proficient knowledge of excel Passion and drive for automation and process improvements Highly collaborative yet self-sufficient Excellent stakeholder management skills Project Management Execution Expertise Ability to multitask in an ambiguous environment Influencing skills Creative thinking innovative mind-set Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race color religion or belief sex age national origin citizenship status marital status military veteran status genetic information sexual orientation gender identity physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws Genpact is committed to creating a dynamic work environment that values respect and integrity customer focus and innovation Get to know us at and on Facebook LinkedIn and YouTube Furthermore please do note that Genpact does not charge fees to process job applications and applicants are not required to pay to participate in our hiring process in any other way Examples of such scams include purchasing a starter kit paying to apply or purchasing equipment or training
