Job Purpose The PMO Executive will be responsible for supporting coordinating and monitoring fixture manufacturing projects VMC Wirecut Surface Grinding This role ensures that projects are executed within defined timelines budgets and quality standards while aligning with organizational goals Key Responsibilities Project Planning Coordination Assist in project scheduling resource allocation and progress tracking for fixture manufacturing projects Coordinate with design production and quality teams for smooth execution of VMC Wirecut and Surface Grinding operations Prepare and maintain project documentation reports and status updates Project Monitoring Control Monitor daily progress of fixture manufacturing activities Track timelines cost and resource utilization to ensure adherence to project plans Identify risks delays and bottlenecks escalate and propose corrective actions Communication Stakeholder Management Serve as a single point of contact between management production teams and clients Conduct regular review meetings and circulate MoMs Minutes of Meeting Ensure clear communication of project updates issues and resolutions Data Management Reporting Maintain project dashboards trackers and MIS reports Generate periodic reports on project performance lead time cost quality Support in preparing presentations for management review Process Compliance Ensure adherence to ISO safety and quality standards in fixture manufacturing Support continuous improvement initiatives in project execution and monitoring Standardize project documentation and templates within PMO Key Skills Competencies Knowledge of manufacturing processes VMC Wirecut Surface Grinding Fixture Manufacturing Strong project management planning and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office Excel PowerPoint MS Project preferred Knowledge of ERP Project management tools is an advantage Strong communication reporting and stakeholder management skills Ability to multitask prioritize and work under pressure Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 340 751 03 - 614 818 82 per year Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
