**Project Coordination & Support**

1. Assist in implementing project management frameworks, templates, and reporting tools.

2. Help track project progress, KPIs, and timelines for stakeholder updates.

**Project Execution Support**

3. Coordinate with teams during different phases of the project from initiation to delivery.

4. Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and quality checks in line with safety standards.

5. Support RFQ/RFI processes, basic cost estimation, and proposal preparation.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**

6. Facilitate communication between design, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and installation teams.

7. Support in organizing customer kick-off meetings and milestone reviews.

**Risk & Issue Monitoring**

8. Assist in identifying potential risks or delays and reporting them to senior project managers.

9. Support problem-solving efforts to keep projects on track.

**Client & Stakeholder Interaction**

10. Help maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams on project updates.

**Continuous Improvement**

11. Participate in post-project reviews to document lessons learned.

12. Suggest basic process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- 1-5 years of experience in project coordination or support roles, preferably in manufacturing, EMS, or industrial automation.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial automation preferred.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
