Xpergia is Looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in Python (Django/Flask) and frontend development using React. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building scalable applications, working with databases, and delivering high-quality solutions in an agile environment. Experience with AI/ML integrations will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Django/Flask) and React.
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly UI components with React.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
- Stay updated with modern frameworks, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- (Optional/Plus) Integrate AI/ML models or services into existing applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in Python with frameworks like Django and Flask.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend workflows.
- Solid experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with AI/ML model deployment and integration.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
- Familiarity with GraphQL, Redux, or Next.js.
