Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be interested in telesales, have strong communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati, and be comfortable working from the office. This is a target-driven role involving inbound and outbound calling, lead generation, conversion, and follow-ups. The candidate should have the ability to multi-task, solve basic problems independently, and handle multiple leads or inquiries simultaneously. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Outbound Calling & Lead Conversion Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or lead sources Pitch company products or services confidently and clearly to potential buyers Explain features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers Convert inquiries or cold leads into active sales through persuasive communication Handle rejections or objections professionally and continue with follow-up efforts 2. Inbound Call Handling Attend incoming calls from customers looking for information, service, or support Provide appropriate information and convert service inquiries into product sales Resolve queries or direct calls to relevant departments when necessary 3. Lead Management & Follow-up Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM systems with customer details, lead status, and next follow-up dates Follow up consistently on warm leads to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates Track and report on call volume, success rates, and sales figures daily 4. Target Achievement Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by the team leader or sales manager Contribute to team goals while maintaining individual accountability Participate in contests, incentives programs, and team huddles to stay motivated 5. Coordination & Multitasking Handle multiple campaigns or product lines if needed Manage and prioritize leads and call schedules to maximize productivity Coordinate with the backend or delivery teams for order status, logistics, or service fulfillmentKey Skills & Competencies: 1. Communication Skills Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati (mandatory) Clear and polite telephone etiquette Ability to actively listen, ask the right questions, and respond accordingly Confidence in speaking to people from different backgrounds and age groups 2. Sales Skills Persuasive and goal-oriented Quick thinker with the ability to handle objections Basic understanding of the sales process: lead > pitch > follow-up > convert > close Self-motivated and positive attitude toward sales targets 3. Problem-Solving & Multi-tasking Ability to identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions Capable of managing multiple leads, calls, and follow-ups without missing timelines Quick to adapt to different scripts, tools, or campaigns if required 4.
