Introduction We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team and manage accurate data entry tasks efficiently. This role is ideal for freshers as well as candidates with prior experience in data management. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good typing skills, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Entry & Management Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company databases and software systems. Prepare, compile, and sort documents before entering data. Verify data for accuracy and correct any inconsistencies. Maintain proper records of data, files, and documents for future reference. 2. Documentation & Reporting Organize and manage hardcopy and digital documents systematically. Generate simple reports based on data as required by the management. Ensure confidentiality and security of company information at all times. 3. Quality Assurance Check completed work for errors and ensure data accuracy. Review and cross-verify information before final submission. Follow data entry protocols and maintain high-quality standards. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet browsing). Familiarity with email handling and basic office equipment. Typing speed of 30–40 words per minute preferred. Soft Skills Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Eligibility Criteria Education: Minimum 10th Pass (12th Pass or Graduate preferred). Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Language Skills: Basic understanding of English; knowledge of regional language is a plus.
