**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Accurately and efficiently enter data into computer systems and databases from various sources, including paper documents, digital files, and spreadsheets.
- Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies. Make necessary corrections to ensure data quality.
- Regularly update and maintain databases with new or revised information. Keep records organized and up to date.
- Maintain data confidentiality and security, adhering to data protection and privacy policies.
- Generate reports or summaries of data as required by supervisors or management.
- Maintain clear and organized records of data entry tasks, including log sheets and documentation of changes made.
- Strive to improve data entry efficiency by identifying process improvements and best practices.

**Skills**:

- Must have fast and accurate typing skills to quickly input data without errors.
