Job Description About Loop Loop is a subscription management platform built for e-commerce brands on Shopify. Our primary market is the US, with growing presence in Europe and ANZ. We are scaling rapidly, driven by a strong product and exceptional merchant experience. We grew 5x in 2023, 3x in 2024, and are on track for 2.5x growth in 2025. With $10M+ ARR built through organic channels and a small, high-performing team, we believe in doing more with less. Our DNA: - High Agency action over instruction - High Ethics trust is the foundation - Positive Attitude solutions over excuses - Impact-Driven if it doesn't move the needle, it doesn't matter About the Role You will be responsible for building top-of-funnel pipeline by identifying high-quality prospects, running outbound outreach, and generating qualified opportunities. This role blends research, personalized messaging, and proactive relationship-building across channels including LinkedIn, email, and cold calls. Key Responsibilities - Make lists of qualified prospects from various databases - Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn etc. - Write copy, personalized to needs of the prospect - Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market - Leverage existing merchant relationships to find more leads - Build partnerships with other businesses in the eco-system - Directly responsible for new MRR addition Ideal Profile - 1+ years of experience in a sales development role in B2B companies in US/ UK Market (Outbound Sales Experience preferred) - Hands-on experience with multiple sales channels including LinkedIn, emails, cold calls - Strong hustler with very crisp written and verbal communication skills Perks - Annual Leaves - Free lunch and snacks - Annual company retreat - Insurance
