Date Posted 2025-02-03Country IndiaLocation No 14 1 15 1 Maruthi Industrial Estate Phase 2 Hoody Village Whitefield Road KR Puram Hobli Bengaluru Karnataka IndiaPosition Role Type UnspecifiedOverview The Raytheon Technologies Corporation RTX Enterprise People Services EPS organization partners with the Human Resources Organizations across RTX to identify and deliver services that help optimize the employee experience from recruitment to retirement Job Title ServiceNow ConsultantJob responsibilities Developing solution based on business requirements in the RTX ServiceNow platform modules workflow and integration possibilities Review and understand client specific processes and overall performance identify and create solutions to improve results processes and data while meeting stakeholder goals and expectations Design prototype implement test and deploy business rules technical solutions such as client scripts UI pages actions policies scheduled job import sets and transform maps ACLs and notifications Develop existing and custom applications within ServiceNow including integrations with other applications Develop necessary development documentation as needed e g project plan technical design developer notes user manual etc Performs migration activities Dev to QA QA to Prod Coordinates installation of ServiceNow upgrades and or service packs Develops and manages the preparation of systems test criteria and control for upgrades service packs new functionality enhancements or error correction Work in a team environment to develop new ServiceNow HR projects enhancements and trouble shoot to fix production issues hyper care defects or issues in broad range of ServiceNow application usage Perform any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by the ServiceNow development team Requirements 4 years experience as an intermediate ServiceNow Developer experience w consolidations in a large enterprise environment in HRSD module End-to-end development experience within ServiceNow HRSD module Experience with building ServiceNow HR Case Management HR Criteria s HR Services Record Producers HR Portal Virtual Agent Live Agent HR Knowledge base 4 years JavaScript Angular JS JQuery protype and Jelly scripting experience in ServiceNowExperience with web technologies including API s CSS XML HTML WebservicesUnderstanding of how ITIL practices work together to provide effective service product lifecycle and create business value and positive customer outcomesExperience with the SDLC including Requirements Analysis Design Installation Development Testing application code and user acceptance and DeploymentNice to haves Certified ServiceNow AdministratorServiceNow Developer CertificationHands-on experience with Flow Designer Service Catalog DevelopmentITIL CertificationRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment All qualified applications will be given careful consideration without regard to ethnicity color religion gender sexual orientation or identity national origin age disability protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law Privacy Policy and Terms Click on this to read the Policy and Terms
