Role Description

Drive end-to-end recruitment across Plant, Sales, and Corporate roles, ensuring quality and timely closures.

Build and sustain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles in FMCG/Beverages.

Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.

Manage employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.

Streamline recruitment processes, leverage digital tools, and manage external partners for effective hiring.

Talent Management:

Oversee Talent Management interventions for the NCR Sales team.

Work closely with business stakeholders on career development, role enrichment, and succession planning.

Support retention strategies by identifying high-potential employees and designing engagement initiatives.

Contribute to building a performance-driven culture through structured people practices.

Qualifications

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from reputed institutions.

Experience: 12+ years of holistic HR experience with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition; exposure to Talent Management preferred.

Industry: Prior experience in FMCG, Beverages, or related consumer sectors is mandatory.

Skills:

Strong business partnering and stakeholder management abilities.

Expertise in recruitment strategy, candidate assessment, and talent mapping.

Knowledge of best practices in Talent Management and employee engagement.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

Other Requirements: Demonstrated career stability and consistent professional growth.
