Job Title: IT HR Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary: We are seeking a fresher HR Executive to join our IT team. The successful candidate will assist in various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, data management, and compliance, Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support: - Assist in job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. - Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

2. Employee Onboarding: - Prepare and coordinate new hire orientation programs. - Ensure completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation.

3. Data Management: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases. - Assist in data analysis and reporting.

4. Compliance: - Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. - Maintain knowledge of changing regulations and laws.

5. HR Operations: - Assist in HR-related tasks, such as employee inquiries, benefits administration, and performance management.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree / Post Graduation / Diploma in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Experience: 0-5 year of experience in HR or related field.

3. Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices. - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Fresher)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a fresher SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, and Recruitment Management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configuration and Implementation: - Assist in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules. - Participate in fit-gap analysis and provide recommendations for configuration and customization.

2. Data Migration: - Assist in data migration from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors. - Ensure data quality and integrity.

3. Testing and Quality Assurance: - Participate in testing and quality assurance activities. - Identify and report defects and issues.

4. Documentation: - Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals.

5. Client Support: - Provide support to clients and end-users. - Assist in resolving issues and answering queries.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Experience: 0-5 year of experience in SAP SuccessFactors or related field.

3. Skills: - Basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and configuration. -
