Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Executive, based in Ludhiana with flexibility for partial remote work. The role involves managing sales for aluminum extrusion profile products across multiple industries, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Senior Sales Executive will also handle negotiations, prepare proposals, and ensure client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include market research, sales strategy development, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications - Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, particularly in the aluminum extrusion or related industries - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Analytical skills to conduct market research and identify opportunities - Ability to devise and implement effective sales strategies - Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service - Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and industrial sales processes - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Willingness to travel as required for the role - Experience with aluminum extrusion profiles or related products is a strong advantage
