Job Description

Position: Telecaller Outbound Sales

Location: Mumbai/Remote

Salary: Up to 40,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Industry: Telecommunication Systems (B2B / B2C Sales)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift IST)

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced telecallers with strong international BPO experience to promote and sell telecommunication systems in the USA market. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, proven sales ability, and confidence in handling US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
- Present, promote, and sell telecommunication systems to clients.
- Handle objections, provide accurate information, and close sales deals.
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM and update call logs.
- Consistently achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the BPO industry (US/International voice process preferred).
- Strong communication skills in fluent English (verbal & written).
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).
- Willingness to work in US shifts (Night shift IST).
