Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager located in Mawal. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, managing laundry services, ensuring customer service excellence, and assisting in the hiring process. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas, coordinating with other departments, and handling guest requests and complaints professionally. Qualifications - Supervisory Skills and Hiring experience - Customer Service and Communication skills - Experience with Laundry services and housekeeping operations - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a MUST
