Job Description Deputy Manager - LV Services Description Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.) is a pioneering electrical and automation brand with a rich legacy of over 70 years in India. L&T Switchgear is now Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation. Responsibilities include: Understand electrical and mechanical requirements of LV Switchgear. Supervision support for LV Switchgear equipment. Contribute to achieve service revenue. Troubleshooting of LV Switchgear. Retrofitting of LT related equipment. Arrange Customer feedback & work upon it. Coordination with internal stakeholders to resolve site related queries. Ensure compliance with safety and technical requirements. Functional Competencies: 1. Should have good technical knowledge of LV Switchgear and Electrical Schematic Drawings. 2. Should have good technical knowledge about Numerical Relays. 3. Should have good communication and ready to work in team 4. Written & Speaking in English/Hindi/Regional language. 5. Should have basic knowledge of MS-Office. 6. Frequent travel > 90% per month. Behavioural Competencies: 1. Ability to work on site 2. Ability to work in Teams 3. Ability to take self-initiative and resolve technical issues. Diploma/B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical) Experience: 2 - 4 years Person would be responsible for LK - LV Switchboard installed based business. - Geographical coverage would include across India and International base. - Customer interaction, Troubleshooting, On site Supervision, Opportunity generation, and address site related issues. -Hands on LV Breaker and Panel handling - Individual contributor role Looking to make an IMPACT with your career When you are thinking about joining a new team, culture matters.
