- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in a D2C brand, agency, or e-commerce startup is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Role Description
- As an Amazon Ad Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing ad performance, optimizing spends, and ensuring strong brand visibility on Amazon. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Own end-to-end management of Amazon Sponsored Ads, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Create and optimize campaigns based on ACOS/ROAS goals, click-through rates, and sales conversions.
- Perform detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop A/B testing strategies for ad copies, images, and targeting to maximize performance.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, flagging anomalies and ensuring KPIs are met.
- Work closely with account managers, creative teams, and the brand team to align ad messaging with brand positioning.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports and actionable insights to guide marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with catalog and SEO teams to ensure listing quality supports paid performance.
