Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Intern at Dresma for Gurugram Location. As an HR intern, you will play an essential role in supporting our recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs for various roles.
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Source potential candidates through databases, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Help maintain and update candidate information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate experience.
- Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree/Certification inHuman Resources,Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
