We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with site personnel to ensure project timelines are met.
- Manage project budgets and schedules effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
