About the Role:

We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee and execute projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that deliverables are achieved within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and technical expertise, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete production department of LT & HT electrical panels.
  • Review, plan, and adjust project schedules as needed.
  • Determine and allocate human resources effectively.
  • Oversee equipment use, maintenance, and modifications.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for production operations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor and improve production quality and capacity.
  • Implement quality control and tracking programs to meet objectives.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly work schedule reports.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams (Purchase, Design, Fabrication).
  • Maintain project reporting (MIS reports, Plan vs Actual).
  • Support top management with additional responsibilities as required.

  • Proven ability in cost reduction and improving production capacity.
