Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor work progress, prepare reports, and present project status to management.
  • Optimize workforce productivity and resource utilization.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to avoid project delays and cost overruns.
  • Implement quality control measures and ensure best construction practices.
  • Lead and mentor the site engineering team to enhance their skills and performance.
