Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Outbound sales calls to achieve weekly target
- Help users complete onboarding and start their first SIP (investment)
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails related to user queries
- Meet daily and weekly targets for SIP activations and customer support resolutions
Requirements:
- More than 12 months of experience in customer care, telecalling, inside sales, or telesales
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (written + verbal)
- Experience in fintech, insurance, telecom, microfinance, or app-based customer support preferred
