Job Description Key Responsibilities: 1.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements. Utilize job portals, social media, and other channels to attract top talent. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and background checks. Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. 2.Performance Management System (PMS) Implement and monitor the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals. Provide training and support to managers and employees on PMS tools and processes. Assist in performance calibration, feedback mechanisms, and development plans. Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas of improvement. 3.Employee Engagement Design and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives to boost morale and retention. Plan and organize employee events, wellness programs, and team-building activities. Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and take action based on insights. Promote open communication and create a positive, inclusive work environment. 4.People & Culture Champion the organization's values and drive a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and collaboration. Support change management initiatives and leadership development. Work with leadership to strengthen organizational culture and employee experience. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
