Executive / Senior Executive - Sales (IT Infrastructure Solutions)

Job Description We are looking for a driven, energetic, and results-oriented professional to join our client's Sales team. This role centers on IT Infrastructure solutionsincluding Networking, Servers, Data Centres, Cloud, and Managed Servicesand involves frequent field visits and client interactions. You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with clients, and driving deal closures to accelerate business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calls, and referrals - Assess customer requirements and present tailored, value-driven IT infrastructure solutions - Conduct meetings with potential clients to pitch appropriate technology offerings - Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals - Manage customer data and sales activities through CRM systems - Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets - Provide timely sales reports and status updates to management - Promote IT solutions during client visits and industry events - Stay informed on the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings - Collaborate with technical teams to develop comprehensive proposals - Participate in marketing initiatives, including exhibitions and product demonstrations - Identify new business opportunities within SMB and enterprise segments - Coordinate with internal departments such as technical, finance, and logistics to fulfill client needs - Ensure thorough documentation of proposals, agreements, and contracts. Qualifications & Skills: - MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related fields; Engineering background preferred - Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, Servers, Cloud, etc.) - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven - Willingness to travel extensively; owning a vehicle is mandatory.
