Roles & Responsibilities
Customizing Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. Experience in integrating these systems with other applications like QuickBooks NetSuite Business Central F& O and more
Build integrated solutions between various applications data-warehousing and other data intensive applications
Use the latest trends on building SaaS applications using multi-tenancy scalability large data volumes/ Big Data and more
Develop and expand our portfolio to support most popular Cloud apps (200+)
Develop understanding of not just software development but also how to design develop and launch a product from concept to high customer use.
- Manage Coach and mentor Implementation team
- Accountable for customer satisfaction during and post-implementation.
- Ensure excellent usage of the product capabilities before handing over to the Support team.
- Review all Implementation project plans identify and mitigate the risks and work with the project
- managers/Leads to manage them closely for successful Go Lives.
- Monitor project progress throughout the project life cycle communicate project status effectively to
- senior management through reports presentations and individual meetings.
- Build and provide direction to project teams create and foster communication among team members.
- Manage Kick- off Meetings
- Responsible for efficient and appropriate resource allocation.
- Ensure that the team has all required competencies and is well trained.
- Understands the challenges faced by the team and help them succeed
- Capture and manage project risks and issues and associated mitigation strategies
- Utilize analytical skills to make critical decisions and recommendations to solve project-related
- problems
- Sets the implementation strategy considering timelines impacts and risk
- Helps address implementation road blocks remove obstacles or other constraints
- Provide high-level guidance and recommendation to client about implementation and integration
- procedures to add the greatest value for the client
- Provide an escalation point for issue that may arise throughout the implementation period
- Formulates proposals for new systems procedures and/ or processes
- Acts as a liaison with subsidiary management and staff to resolve issues as needed
Education/Experience
Experience Required: 8+ years
Skills: Strong communication skills Must have experience in Salesforce/ Microsoft Dynamics ERP ETL/ Integration SQL SaaS Integration Must have enterprise software background Must have handled global customers
CTC Range: 30 LPA
Notice Period: 30 days
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in customizing Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. Experience in integrating these systems
- with other applications like QuickBooks, NetSuit,e Business Central F& O and more.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAAS product implementation and delivering multiple and complex projects
- Candidates having an enterprise software background in the initial career phase and gradually moved to
- The Implementation role.
- Team Management experience
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Should be proficient in client interactions
Job Location: (Remote)
Job Shift: U.S. (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST)
Experience in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a must for the role. Please look for senior candidates with 8+ years of experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry, specifically focusing on data integration, data replication, and cloud workflow automation.
