Job Title Accounts Executive Location Gurgaon Sector 62 Industry Warehousing Logistics Salary As per experience Working Days Monday to Saturday Reporting To Accounts Manager Head Office Finance About the Role We are looking for an Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of Accounting functions Billing and MS Excel The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented efficient and able to handle day-to-day accounting operations accurately Key Responsibilities Handle sales and purchase billing invoice generation and documentation Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP Sales Purchases Receipts Payments Journal Perform bank reconciliation vendor reconciliation and customer ledger updates Prepare and maintain GST-related records E-invoices and data for monthly returns Manage petty cash expense vouchers and office expense records Prepare MIS reports stock reports and other data in Excel as required Coordinate with vendors customers and internal departments for billing and payment clarifications Support in audit documentation and maintain proper filing of accounts documents Required Skills Qualifications B Com M Com MBA Finance or related commerce background 1 to 4 years of experience in Accounting Billing Finance function Good working knowledge of MS Excel V-Lookup Pivot Formulas Experience in Tally ERP SAP Accounting Software preferred Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Good communication and documentation skills Key Attributes Attention to detail accuracy and accountability Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Positive attitude and willingness to learn Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work with a stable and growing organization Professional work environment
