Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Partner at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, located in Cuttack with some work-from-home flexibility. The Partner will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and developing insurance solutions to meet client needs. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, providing advisory services, creating customized insurance plans, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams and regular follow-ups with clients will be key components of the role.
Qualifications
- Sales skills, Client Relationship Management, and Prospecting
- Advisory services, Customized Insurance Planning, and Customer Satisfaction
- Collaboration with internal teams and regular client follow-ups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
