Associate General Manager

Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to optimize domestic coal logistics operations Manage end-to-end supply chain activities related to coal transportation storage and distribution Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory standards in all logistics operations Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline logistics processes and improve efficiency Lead a team of professionals to achieve operational targets and deliver high-quality services Monitor key performance indicators KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure uninterrupted coal supply Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and reports related to logistics and ancillary services Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative solutions Contribute to the overall strategic objectives of the organization and participate in decision-making processes Qualifications Education Qualification Bachelor s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Engineering or a related field Master s degree in Business Administration MBA preferred Certification Required Certified Supply Chain Professional CSCP or equivalent certification Project Management Professional PMP certification is a plus Technical Skills In-depth knowledge of domestic coal logistics operations Proficiency in supply chain management principles and best practices Experience with logistics software and systems for tracking and monitoring Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in the Energy industry Financial acumen for budgeting and cost management
