Job Title:Finance Associate Experience:1–2 Years Software:Zoho Books Job Summary: We’re looking for an experienced and detail-orientedFinance Associateto manage vendor payments, reconciliation, and reporting processes within our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience withZoho Books . Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end Compliance & Bookkeeping of the clients including GST, TDS , PT, PF, ESIC Manage and record transactions in Zoho Books accurately and timely Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts Process payments through NEFT, RTGS, UPI, etc., ensuring compliance with internal controls Performvendor reconciliation , resolve discrepancies, and maintain ageing reports Coordinate with vendors for timely documentation, clarifications, and follow-ups Support month-end and year-end closing activities and assist during audits Generate AP reports and provide insights for cash flow planning Required Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance / Accounting)or equivalent degree 1–2 years of experiencein Accounts Payable or general accounting roles Proficiency in Zoho Books, MS Excel, and basic accounting systems Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills Preferred: Experience in aservice-based or SME environment Knowledge ofTDS, GST, PF, ESIC, ITR, Financial Statement
