Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls and client meetings for prospective customers to promote insurance products and services. - Explain insurance policies, coverage details, and benefits to customers in a clear and concise manner. - Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions based on their requirements. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. - Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as set by the company. - Update customer information and sales activities accurately in the database. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction. - Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulations. Requirements: - Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the insurance industry. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Ability to engage customers effectively over the phone and build rapport. - Strong persuasion skills. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
