Job Description About CIPL: Corporate Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (CIPL) is a leading IT infrastructure and digital transformation solutions provider with expertise in system integration, managed services, and enterprise IT support across India. Role Overview: The Talent Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and coordination for technical and non-technical positions across various projects. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills to ensure timely and quality talent acquisition aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding. - Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and vendor partners. - Coordinate with project managers and HR leads for manpower planning and position closure. - Maintain candidate databases, track interview progress, and ensure timely communication. - Conduct pre-screening and initial HR discussions to assess suitability and salary fitment. - Support in offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities. - Maintain hiring dashboards and recruitment MIS reports. - Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and project SLAs. Desired Skills & Experience: - 23 years of experience in recruitment (IT / Non-IT). - Strong sourcing and screening skills using multiple platforms. - Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities. - Knowledge of MS Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred. - Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field. Key Attributes: - Result-oriented and proactive. - Strong follow-up and multitasking ability. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
