Responsibilities - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job openings. - Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further assessments. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status. - Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through social media and professional platforms. - Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials as required. Skills and Qualifications - 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Language Known: English and Hindi Mandatory - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
