BDE Job Overview As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities building client relationships and driving revenue growth for the company Your role involves understanding client needs presenting IT solutions and effectively communicating the value proposition of the company s products or services Key Responsibilities 1 Lead Generation Identify potential clients through market research networking and other channels Generate leads and create a pipeline of prospects for IT products or services 2 Client Engagement Conduct initial meetings and presentations with potential clients Understand client requirements challenges and objectives 3 Proposal Development Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals and solutions Present proposals to clients addressing their specific needs and business goals 4 Negotiation and Closing Engage in negotiations to finalize terms pricing and contractual agreements Close deals and achieve sales targets 5 Relationship Building Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Provide ongoing support and address client inquiries or concerns 6 Market Research Stay informed about industry trends competitors and emerging technologies Provide insights and recommendations for business growth 7 Collaboration with Internal Teams Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure the alignment of solutions with client needs Facilitate communication between sales and project delivery teams 8 Sales Reporting Maintain accurate records of sales activities leads and client interactions Provide regular reports on sales performance 9 Attend Industry Events Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking functions Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations 10 Client Feedback Gather feedback from clients about the company s products and services Use client input to enhance offerings and improve client satisfaction Qualifications and Skills Education Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field Experience Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT industry Communication Excellent communication and presentation skills Technical Knowledge Basic understanding of IT products services and industry trends Negotiation Skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Relationship Management Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Results-Driven Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets Team Collaboration Ability to collaborate with internal teams and across departments Note Only Surat local candidates can apply because our hiring process is totally offline so we are considering only local candidates
