Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Field Sales (Solar) located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the solar energy sector. The day-to-day tasks include researching market trends, generating leads, making sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clients' needs are met and providing regular sales reports and updates to management. Location: Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh At Solanova, we are on a mission to make clean and affordable solar energy accessible to everyone. We're looking for a Field Sales BDM who can drive solar rooftop sales, build local partnerships, and help us grow in Gorakhpur. What you will do: • Generate and convert leads for solar rooftop projects • Meet customers, do site visits, and close deals • Build strong local market presence and partner network • Achieve sales targets and grow with us What we are looking for: • 2-5 years in field/B2C/B2B sales (solar/energy/ electrical preferred) • Great communication skills in Hindi & English • Self driven, target focused, comfortable with fieldwork • Local market knowledge is a big plus • Two wheeler & smartphone required What you will get: • Fixed salary + performance incentives • Training & growth opportunities in the booming solar sector • A chance to be part of something meaningful Interested?
