Product Definition Analyst 2

Summary of the Role

You'll support functional analysis and validation for Ticketing and Contract Management components within the Reservation Division. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess requirements, design solutions, and ensure system integrity throughout the product lifecycle.

In This Role You'll

- Build and share functional knowledge of processes, services, and end-user products.

- Analyze business requirements, estimate effort, and contribute to functional design documentation.

- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure compatibility across Amadeus applications and support solution walkthroughs.

- Support validation activities, including reviewing test plans, ensuring traceability, and investigating reported issues.

- Engage with stakeholders and customers throughout specification, testing, and implementation phases.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and team discussions to support collaboration and continuous improvement.

About the Ideal Candidate

- Experience in functional analysis and documentation within Agile environments.

- Familiarity with ticketing and contract management systems or similar domains.

- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Skilled in requirement assessment, validation, and cross-team collaboration.
