Product Definition Analyst 4

Summary of the Role

We're looking for a Functional Solution Analyst to support the design and delivery of customer-centric solutions across Amadeus platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to assess requirements, define functional designs, and ensure solution integrity through validation and stakeholder collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to product innovation and support strategic initiatives in the payments and airline domains.

In This Role You'll

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, solution overviews, and interface control documents.

- Collaborate with product, development, and customer-facing teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with business needs.

- Contribute to test strategy and validation planning, ensuring traceability and production integrity.

- Support product promotion through documentation, demos, and stakeholder engagement during key events and launches.

- Maintain and share functional knowledge of processes, services, and end-user product usage, while participating in agile team ceremonies.

About the Ideal Candidate

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8 - 11 Years experience in API design, REST API testing, and UI/UX mockup creation.

- Strong understanding of payments domain and solution design principles.

- Proven ability to work independently, influence decisions, and support junior team members.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
