Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented EdTech Manager to oversee the

implementation and performance of our digital learning products across schools, colleges, and

coaching institutes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing sales teams,

driving product adoption, and building lasting client relationships in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

● EdTech Implementation & Product Management

○ Oversee the end-to-end implementation of EdTech solutions in schools, colleges,

and coaching classes.

○ Manage the entire lifecycle of digital learning products – from planning,

development, rollout to performance analysis.

● Sales & Team Leadership

○ Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.

○ Train, guide, and mentor team members to boost performance and accountability.

○ Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, insights, and reports to senior

management.

● Client Relationship Management

○ Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and repeat

business.

○ Act as the point of contact for key accounts and resolve issues promptly.

● Market & Data Analysis

○ Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps, market trends, and areas for

improvement.

○ Conduct thorough competitor and market research to inform go-to-market

strategies.

● Collaboration & Strategic Input

○ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with

product features and market demand.

○ Identify new business opportunities and untapped customer segments.

Candidate Requirements

● Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 3–4 years in a team leadership or

managerial role, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.

● Proven track record in product implementation, team management, and client

handling.

● Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Familiarity with CRM tools, data dashboards, and sales reporting.

● Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and product demos.

Preferred Qualifications

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.

● Prior experience in the EdTech industry will be a strong advantage.
