About the Role

We are seeking a driven and dynamic
Inside Sales Specialist
who understands corporate culture and the technology landscape. The ideal candidate is resourceful, confident in connecting with decision-makers, and has the ability to convert conversations into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and connect with key decision-makers across targeted industries.
  • Conduct deep market research on prospects, industries, and emerging technologies.
  • Initiate engaging "ice-breaker" conversations and build lasting professional relationships.
  • Execute targeted
    B2B email marketing
    campaigns while ensuring high domain reputation.
  • Leverage
    LinkedIn marketing
    to expand reach and engagement.
  • Optimize sales campaigns for maximum ROI and response rates.
  • Maintain and update prospect databases with accurate and relevant information.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of
    AI, SAP, banking technology, and fintech trends
    .
  • Experience in
    B2B lead generation, campaign optimization, and database research
    .
  • Familiarity with
    email deliverability, domain reputation management, and marketing automation tools
    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working under pressure.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of inside sales or business development experience in the
    technology sector
    .
  • Proven ability to engage corporate clients and build relationships.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
