GOEEN a leading electric vehicle manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner HRBP to lead our HR function The selected candidate will oversee our HR Manager and HR Executives manage HR alignment across departments like Sales Operations Production and act as a key member of the management team We are ESIC PF and Mediclaim compliant with 30 skilled labourers and a growing national dealer network Key Responsibilities Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals Lead HR initiatives across recruitment performance compliance development Ensure legal statutory compliance including Labour Law ESIC PF Supervise the HR team including Manager Executive roles Contribute to organizational development employee relations and workforce planning Eligibility Criteria Male Female Age up to 35 years Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience preferably in manufacturing or sales-driven industries Strong leadership analytical and interpersonal communication skills Solid knowledge of labour laws HR processes best practices Bachelor s Master s in Human Resources or related field Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Application Question s Do you have experience with HR compliance labour laws or payroll coordination Do you have experience with HR compliance labour laws or payroll coordination Do you have experience working in manufacturing automotive or EV industry Experience Human Resources or HR Business Partner roles 4 years Required Work Location In person
