- Onboarding Americas restaurateurs on ourClientsplatform by pitching, convincing and getting them signed for one of the Clients commission packages.

Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing sales training programs and materials.
- Conducting training sessions for sales teams to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Assessing training needs and creating customized training plans to address gaps.
- Providing ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborating with sales managers and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training methodologies.
- Occasionally,mayparticipatein sales presentations or meetings todemonstrateeffective selling techniques.

Must-HaveSkill-set:

- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (sometimes substituted with relevant experience).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership or training role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tailor training programs to different learning styles and levels of experience.
- Proficiencyin using training software, multimedia tools, and other educational resources.
- Certification in sales training or professional development (e.g., Certified ProfessionalSales Person, Certified Sales Trainer) may be preferred or required by some employers.
