Location MIDC- Patalganga pick up and drop available from Panvel station 20km from Panvel The HR Executive Generalist is responsible for carrying out a broad spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment employee relations performance management compliance training and HR administration This position works closely with management and team members to foster a positive inclusive and productive workplace environment Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain HR policies and procedures Address employee relations issues and performance management queries Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational policies Conduct training and development programs for staff Administer compensation and benefits including payroll leave management and statutory compliance Maintain up-to-date and accurate HRIS Human Resources Information System and personnel records Support employee engagement and retention initiatives Prepare HR reports and assist in HR analytics when needed Provide guidance and support on HR-related queries and policies to staff and management Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar role Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance required Key Skills Recruitment and onboarding Employee relations and counselling Performance management and appraisal systems Proficiency in HRIS and payroll administration Working knowledge of statutory laws and HR compliance Strong interpersonal and written verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word PowerPoint Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Panvel Maharashtra Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Required Experience HR Generalist 3 years Required Hire to Retire Function 3 years Required Work Location In person
